1. Who we are
DareZone.AI is an AI-assisted party game for adults. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@darezone.ai.
2. Information we process
- Account and profile: Firebase user ID, email or sign-in provider, display name, username, language, birthday/age confirmation, gender selection, avatar and settings.
- Game and social activity: room membership, game mode, answers or votes, scores, session history, friend relationships, invitations, reports and blocks.
- AI features: the minimum game context needed to create or moderate prompts, such as mode, language, intensity, player display names and recent gameplay signals. Sensitive answers are not used for advertising.
- Purchases and ads: product and entitlement status, store transaction identifiers, ad consent choices, ad impressions and reward events. Apple, Google and AdMob process payment or advertising data under their own policies.
- Referrals and payouts: referral codes, attribution and qualification events, fraud-prevention signals, reward balances and, only for an enabled Ambassador program, payout-provider recipient reference and identity-verification status. DareZone.AI does not store raw bank credentials.
- Device and diagnostics: app version, platform, notification token, security/app-attestation signals, crash reports, performance measurements and coarse country information that may be inferred from network requests. We do not request precise device location.
3. Why we use it
We process data to create and secure accounts, run multiplayer sessions, personalize safe gameplay, deliver AI features, manage purchases and rewards, send requested notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose failures, comply with law and improve the product. Where required, personalized advertising and related storage are used only after consent.
4. Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers including Google Firebase for authentication, databases, messaging, security and diagnostics; Google AdMob for consent and ads when enabled; Apple and Google for store purchases; and a configured AI model provider (currently DeepSeek) for AI-generated game content. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users and the service, or during a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell sensitive gameplay answers.
5. Retention and security
We retain account data while the account is active and keep other records only as long as needed for the purposes above. Some security, transaction and tax records may be retained where law requires. AI session content may use shorter expiry periods. We use access controls, encryption in transit, app attestation and server-side validation, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You can change profile and notification choices in the app, use the advertising privacy options when available, restore or manage purchases through the relevant store, and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Delete an account from the Account tab or follow the steps on our account deletion page. Deleting the app alone does not delete the account.
7. Age limit and international processing
The service is intended only for people aged 18 or older. Data may be processed in countries other than yours, subject to contractual and legal safeguards where required.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as features or laws change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change is material. Contact support@darezone.ai for privacy requests.
