1. Agreement and eligibility
By using DareZone.AI, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Do not use the service if you disagree.
2. Safe and respectful play
Prompts are optional entertainment. Every player may skip, stop or lower intensity at any time. Never use DareZone.AI to pressure someone, encourage illegal or dangerous conduct, expose private information, harass, discriminate, exploit, or create sexual content involving anyone under 18. Follow local law and respect real-world consent; a game prompt is never consent.
3. Accounts and online conduct
Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate age information. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not impersonate others, manipulate scores or rewards, automate access, probe security, evade bans, upload malicious material or disrupt multiplayer sessions. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts to protect users and the service.
4. AI-generated content
AI output may be inaccurate, repetitive, unexpected or unsuitable. Use judgment and the in-app skip/report controls. AI output is not professional, medical, legal or safety advice. Availability may be limited by safety checks, capacity or usage quotas.
5. Purchases, subscriptions and virtual items
Prices and billing are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by that store’s terms. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the store before renewal. Restore Purchases is available for supported items. Virtual coins, diamonds and entitlements have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside supported features and may be adjusted to correct fraud or technical errors. Refund requests are handled under store rules and applicable consumer law.
6. Referrals and Ambassador commissions
Referral rewards are optional, promotional and governed by the current Referral & Ambassador Program Rules. Virtual referral rewards have no cash value. Cash commissions, if enabled, are separate from coins and diamonds, use a fixed published formula, are available only to approved eligible adults, and remain pending until the underlying store proceeds settle and the fraud/refund hold ends. DareZone.AI may pause future referral earning when a campaign budget closes, but will not retroactively erase a valid reward already made available.
7. Ads and third-party services
Free access may include ads and optional rewarded ads. Paid ad-removal applies only as described at purchase. Third-party sign-in, stores, advertisements and links are governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Ownership and feedback
The app, branding, software and curated content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app. You keep rights in content you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to operate, moderate and improve the service. Feedback may be used without obligation to compensate you.
9. Availability, disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every prompt will suit every group. To the maximum extent permitted, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, real-world actions taken by players, or third-party services. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Changes, termination and contact
Features and these Terms may change. Material changes will be communicated as required. You may stop using the service and delete your account; provisions that must reasonably survive will remain effective. Contact support@darezone.ai with questions.
